Ping batteries

I am carrying 2 36 volt 20 AMP HR battery packs 0n my bike.
Was wondering if I could run them in parallel, and if
doing so might confuse the BMS systems.

I'm new to this Forum although I do own an e-Bike, currently using 48V pack with 20ah SLA batts but considering Lithium.

Did you ever get a reply or other info re running 2 packs in parallel and any possible BMS issues?
