I think his child is too young/small to be transported via the Vectrix in many US states. He may want to check the Law in his area, to avoid difficulty! Usually, children should be large enough to sit on the standard seat, with feet reaching to, and on the factory provided footrests, and their head must be large enough to be fitted with, and they must wear, a D.O.T. approved motorcycle helmet, with eye protection.-Bob
