Electro Cycle E-4 Kit for EZ-1 Recumbent Question

Does anyone out there have any experience with the Electro Cycle E-4 Kit for the EZ-1 Recumbent bike. It appears to be a very good and relatively inexpensive kit for the money. My main concern is that it is only available in 24 volts. After using a WE BL-36 kit for over the last year, I'd actually like to get more than 18mph out of a bike (flat surface, no pedaling). It seems that everyone is going to higher and higher volts to get the speed that they want. The second concern is how loud the motor will be. My BL-36 is very quiet. If you have any ideas or opinions please post back.

Thanks.
