January 2007 – Although E-Max stopped trading as a company in 2006, valid E-Max Warranty Claims, replacement parts, support etc. will still be honored through Kasea, LLC and ARQ Moto.
To streamline the warranty procedure and assure any warranty is processed properly, all dealers and consumers must abide by the following rules to take advantage of the subject warranty
1. Warranties will be processed through Authorized Dealers only.
2. Dealers who want to participate must sign up and become an authorized dealer of ARQ Moto (Kasea Distributor), prior to processing the warranties.
3. If you are a consumer, please contact the dealer where you purchased your E-Max scooter. Your dealer should contact ARQ Moto or Kasea to get set up as an authorized dealer, before processing your warranty.
4. Warranty Policy – 2 years parts only (from time of purchase), except batteries (1 year), please refer to your original warranty policy for more details.

** E-Max Out Of Business! ** - (September 14, 2006) - Existing customer warranties are no longer being honored by GGC/E-Max (Thomas Gruebel) or E-MaxUSA (Larry Maltz). Dealer inventories of spare parts and unsold scooters may exist in limited quantities, however, all dealers are now on their own and will have no support from GGC/E-Max (Germany) or E-MaxUSA (Austin, Texas).
