Currie Tech controller - can you disable soft start?

Is there a way to disable the soft start feature on the currie controllers? I have looked around the net for some time and have not been able to find any information. This is the controller that I have. LINK it will be used on an older E-Zip 400 that is currently running 36V but will be going to 48V as soon as the controller shows up on Monday. I have already disassembled the motor, drilled cooling holes as well as mounted a 12V PC fan to push air to it for cooling.
