I'll start by saying, I love my Bionx equipped mt. bike. I ride to work almost every day and about 6 months ago I had ~4k miles on my first PL-350.
That's about 400 charge cycles but my typical ride uses only 60-70% of the pack according the controller SOC indicator. So 6 months ago the Bionx up and quit. Turns out it was the battery but the dealer said the controller may also be bad. Recommends replacing the whole kit.

Any suggestions for panniers that will fit nicely on the Bionx battery carrier. Something that is easy and quick to put on and take off?
I have a set of Trek Interchange panniers, but they don't fit the carrier very well and I am concerning they could fall off during a ride.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I will be going up a hill in level 3 or 4 and the assist just cuts out. I have to turn it off then on again to get the assist back. Any ideas?

I am helping my uncle with his Ohm e-bike which comes with BionX equipment and I'm having trouble. I only other experience is with a Crystalite setup.
The motor is on the rear wheel and the axle twisted out on one side yesterday. He stopped riding immediately and I found the wiring wrapped less than one time around the axle. I think the wiring will be ok.

I am going to look at a used PL250. Is there a way to test the battery life with a volt meter or thru the console?

I bought this Bionx charger online that has the wrong output for my Bionx. I based my decision on the model #: HP8204C(10S). It turns out that the output is different. The one I bought has 36VDC/2A. Mine uses 42VDC/2A. Why Bionx has the same model # with different outputs is a question for another day.

I am a newbie and need as much advice as I can get. I have a twenty-one speed Treck 7200 plus. I have used only gear 2 on the front and range between 4 and 6 on the back deraileur. We have some big hills here on the North Shore of Long Island. How do you guys work your gearing? Which gears do you use? Is the motor assistance better at higher gears?

My battery indicater goes down one or two notches for every trip downtown (about 3 miles round trip). I wait until it goes down to 2 notches (about 3 trips) before I charge the battery. What do you guys do? Is there a best practice to conserve the battery? I'm told with cameras, it's best to charge frequently to top up the battery.
