i have a controller from tnc scooters parts http://www.tncscooters.com/JC-116.php . i have some mistakes.i know my motor works as the battery.when i make the connections the fuse 30amp in the battery blows.ok when i try another connection i hear inside the motor some spin without movement.this is when i acelerate.ok when i perform others connections the motor dont run.what is the mistake?i try many different connections without succes.i have an electric cruiser 24v.thanks for the attention

yes very good.it works.but when i accelerate the trottle the motor works a little.i have a brushed 250 watts on the middle of the rim.i check the battery and it work well.i believe some mistake with the motor.also when i acelerate i hear a little noise over the area of the motor.how i can test the motor.it is posible to fix myself the motor?thanks for the attention.
When you lift the wheel off the ground and turn the throttle does it run?
A good test is to connect a 12-volt battery to the motor wires. Again be sure the wheel is off the ground and watch you polarity.
Hope you get it running. When you say it helps a little? I would say a 250-watt motor should be able to pull you and the bike to at lease 12 to 15 MPH without pedaling.

yes i make a test.when i connect my own bicycle battery direct to the motor it spins very well,so fast.but when i make the connection with the controller the motor spin so slow.i was remember when the bicycle runs so well with the other controller(THE RESISTANCE WAS DAMAGE)SO I BUY THIS CONTROLLER http://www.tncscooters.com/JC-116.php .ok i discover that the noise came from the controller ,not from the motor.i expect more travel miles with this "poor performance"?some help or tips are welcome.thanks for the attention.

I think you may have damaged the controller when you were trying to get it to work the first time. I have one of these controllers on one of my bikes and it works very well. It can push me to 23 MPH and I weigh 220 pounds. My controller has been working for 2 years and I am sure it will continue this year as well. Considering the price of these controllers I would buy another and throw the bad one away.
