Re: What do you mean by being involved in my EV community ?
I've seem the site several time, but I couldn't find a English version.
Glad to see your involved in your EV community. I was actually referring to the V is for Voltage Community, my question probably should have been worded differently, several other people have asked the same question
Peace Out, ;)

There is a 404 error with the "complete diagram" (6/2/07-it was working the day before yesterday)
And You put neither the front page nor the index (wich is usefull) !
JMO but;
The Front page is just a picture of the front of the manual it contains no usefull information. I personally hate to download something and find I wasted my time on a slow connection for something like that.
The Index was not placed here for download because the information in it does not match the other documentation, again poor information is a waste of drive space and time.
For those who are interrested anyway here is the index (I made the corrections so now troubleshooting and checking part matches right with the index's pagenumbers of the pdf file)
How to dissassemble and assemble the controller 1 - 2
How to change the motor 3 ? 5
How to dissassemble and assemble the front top cover, front cover and
changing the front light bulb 6 ? 7
How to change the horn 8
How to change the side stand switch 9
How to change the speedometer 10
How to change the transform switch 11
How to change the counter 12
How to change the batteries 13 ? 15
How to change the taillight 16 ? 17
How to change the main switch assembly 18 - 19
How to change the left and right handle switch 20
How to change the throttle handle 21
How to change the main relays 22 ? 23
How to change the left and right front winker and the front position light 24 ? 25
Part II : Trouble Shooting
1?The power light doesn't illuminate and the scooter doesn't run II- 1
2? The power light is on and the scooter doesn't run II- 1
3? The motor runs slowly II- 2
4. The motor runs unevenly II- 2
5. The main switch is on and the motor runs quickly, out of control II- 3
6. The range is too short II- 3
7. The batteries don't charge or don't charge completely II- 3
8. The power light is not on but the scooter runs II- 3
9. The battery level display is incorrect but the scooter runs normally II- 3
10. The horn doesn't work II- 4
11. The light doesn't work II- 5
12. The motor makes a loud noise II- 6
13. The power supply to the motor is greater than normal; e.g. too high voltage II- 6
14. The scooter doesn't run because the control unit is defective II- 6
15. The drive mileage is only half of the normal II- 6
16. The speedometer doesn't work II- 6
Checking the Electronic and Electric components
1. Control unit 1.1 Checking the phase cable II- 7
1.2 Checking Power IC diodes II- 7
1.3 Checking the signal II- 7
2. Checking the brake contact II- 8
3. Checking the power button II- 8
4. Checking the battery level display II- 8
5. Ignition switch cable II- 8
6. Throttle handle II- 9
7. Side stands II- 9
8. Relays 8.1 Relays placed in parallel II- 9
8.2 Single relays II- 10
9. Control box II- 10 9.1 Measuring voltage II- 10
9.2 Relays in control box II- 11
The Index does not match the "Checking the Electronic and Electric components" sections. This manual had some bad format errors and would not convert to PDF format. I took the manual and created a new file from scratch. I copied the text to a text editor to strip off the formatting and then into the new document. I had to recreate the Table at the end of the document. I also made some numbering changes to the document to make it easier to follow so this Index does not match.
The pagenumbers are at the END of each line in the index I posted upthere (the numbers in the begining are the paragraphs' numbers) and they match with the pages of the Pdf files ! (II- 3 ---> part II page 3 ;))

Yes, that is the page, but none of the links on that page which refer to any of the manuals work. I get no documents from any of the links, just a message stating the file does not exist.
We are having some technical problems with the EV Download page. Please let me know if there are any files you need and I will be happy to email them to you until we get the EV Download page working again. Please use the names of the files located on the EV Download page as that is how they are named on my computer hard drive, which is one of our site backups.

Are the e-max manuals available anywhere? The link looks like files, but nothing really behind the links.
`Is this what your looking for? EV DownLoad Library
It seems the link is no longer working on the Help Tutorials, we will look into it.

Yes, that is the page, but none of the links on that page which refer to any of the manuals work. I get no documents from any of the links, just a message stating the file does not exist.
