Solar Pros are a pretty rare breed up here in Washington :)
Out of the three basic types, Amorphous, Mono-Crystal and Polycrystal Silicon, do you know which is more efficient in overcast (cloudy) weather?
I have noticed that the solar panels used for remote locations (i.e. Telecommunications, road warning lighting etc.) tend to be of the Polycrystal type here.
I wonder if this is because they are the best watt per buck or because they actually are more efficient under lower light conditions. :?
