After testig some old fashion Styl Pedelecs, i decide to build my own.
I used an old Mountain bike with full suspension.
21 Gear; to pedal with in the best turning Frequenz; (~60-120T/min)
but only stages 18+ are usfull
I used Dryfit A400 2 x 12V/16Ah C5 Gel Batteries in Series; for good Range and Lifetime.
I used a 26" Hub Wheel in Front.
I got this Wheel for~250€uros via Ebay.
It comes whit legal controller; 250W; Pedal-sensor... Batterie boxes and Charger24V/1,8A
Key-lock; Mountig material. (But exept Batteries)
The Hub Motor runs on 3~ without Brushes!
The Mod time was about 3 Houres.
Test was Sactisfatorly;
It runs great! also without pedaling;~23miles~35Km/h
Motor Current is restrictet to 20A and falls to 13A at full speed.
Testet Range is >30Km; with pedaling and full Speed.
Recharged energie is tested 15Ah after 30Km.
Moore Range is possible with less Speed ...and fun...
In my opinion a very good Solution.!
As fast as a 500W scooter. ~Baotian...
