I didn't know much about the Tango electric car but this video shed quite a bit of light on it for me.

Wizard,
How many brands of Electric Cars are currently available in the USA now?
Is the Tango smaller than the Xebra?

Peace Out,

For now the ZAP Xebra is the only production car available that I know of that is street legal and is not a NEV. They are selling more and more vehicles every month. George Clooney is the only Tango owner I know of. As far as I know, no one has a Tesla yet.
A member of my local EAA chapter is converting cars for customers on a regular basis and is buliding a business doing it http://www.ev-blue.com/ . He specializes in truck conversions and does a wonderful job. He is putting out more cars than Tango and Tesla combined.
