What makes the Xebra go?

I've read all over the ZAP website, and in forums and reviews, and cannot find anywhere the type of motor used in the Xebra three-wheeler. Does anyone know what it is and who makes it?

Xebra Motor Pics

The Xebra is a 72V system using 6 12V batteries to power the DC traction motor below.
