I have just noticed that the following thread is locked:
I presume this is an unintentional side effect of the upgrade.
The forum now seems slower to respond to links than it was prior to the upgrade.
P.S. just received this error while trying to preview this post:

Just updated to Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit) and I could then preview and save this post.
Also noticed that it doesn't recognise html tags for URL links etc.

Hello, I just signed up.
Everything seems to be working OK.
My name is Kevin. I have been advocating & working with electric vehicles for some time.
I am/have been a regular visitor/contributor on DIYelectriccars for a few years now.
A couple of weeks ago (during an upgrade) they seem to have "CRASHED" parts of the site & lost a lot of the content.
I was looking for alternative places to visit & came across your forum & thought I would check it out.
Here is a couple of the electric go karts I have built.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9NrM-QY55I

I'm sorry to hear about DIYElectricCars -- I've used that site a few times for certain information. Being a forum owner isn't always easy. The time two years ago when V was almost lost completely was a very nerve-wracking week.
I'll make sure you have enough points to start posting freely
