axial blowers

hi all this is my fist post at the voltage forums, i used to always visit the old site before some punk hacked it. the old site looked far more professional but who can complain (its not like we pay for this) so thanks ken or who ever pays for this site. ok what i want to find out is where can i get an axial blower like lots of people here have such as 24v 10w or even a 12v one thats still 10w any help would be greatly apriciated as i cant find what i need. im running a schwinn s-200 ive put the voltage up to 48 volts and it absoloutely hammers the only prblem is i have to stop every few mins to check motor temp but with a decent blower this shouldnt be necassary. thanks to all who can help.

Putting a blower on the

Putting a blower on the outside will only do so much for cooling because the heat has a hard time getting from the windings to the outside. It's best to take apart the motor and drill holes through the case and blow through the motor with a centrifugal blower (not a fan).
There's a good description of one person's version here: http://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=119

If drilling out the motor is beyond your skill level, then adding a fan to the outside can't hurt, although it's possible to burn out the insides and still have a cool outer case.

Centrifugal blower "24V 10W", it cost about five bucks from Marlin Jones electronics.
I suggest looking for a local Electronics store similar to http://www.mpja.com/
