2007 Vectrix VX1 broken

I regularly use my VX1. It has had a problem for a few years that won't let me apply full power. Under heavy throttle, it loses power, or 'cuts out'. Two days ago, it quit all together. When I turned it on, it tried to pull forward a little with no throttle applied. But when I applied throttle, it wouldn't move. Then the screens went blank. Nothing. It's like the large fuse blew. Any thoughts?
