There are many New Under $200 electric powered scooters but when you add in a real chain drive and pneumatic tires, one of the choices would be from Razor. I believe that the E-100 has a solid rear tire and needs to be kicked forward before the motor can propel the scooter. They now offer it with a real chain drive and the belt drive gotten rid of because of the breaking factor.
