undefined

hi everyone i need help in derestricting a new trek bike before i purchase it! i have tried the 3773 formula and entered it correctly and wen press mode wen entered it just goes straight to the normal setup on screen and doesnt show the number thing davew said u change from 1 to 0 and then its derestricted it still goes 25 kms 15 mls hour. i want to buy this new bike but i must be able to derestrict it. can anyone help me with this please????
