So I took a trip out of state and had to pick up an xb508 that was having problems going a decent speed. Either way it wouldn't fit in my car so I took it apart and put it in my back seat and ripped it in the process. I figured it was an easy fix, maybe just a hub motor phase wire or fuse, either way he got new batteries for it, and they are worth about as much as I paid. It has a 48v 12AH SLA should be able to power the XB700LI for a least 5 or 10 miles that's all I need it for.

I haven't really tried this out yet, but I am running this 24v 500w motor at 48v inside of the battery compartment of my xb-700li. The battery fits fine under the seat without the box around it. I used bolts and JB weld to attach the two sprockets to the existing one, it's a little wobbly but not bad. I tested this at 24v while on it's side and it sure does get the wheel spinning fast.

My 3 month old XB-610 got hit by a bus while parked.
I'm looking for 600 - 750 watt scooters.
Has anyone bought a new one recently?
Or any sugestions?
Also links for newer scooters I may not be aware of?
I'm waiting on the insurance adjuster (I think its totaled).

My warranty on my xb-610 is about to run out and I bought my bike at GreenMax Distributors in Tacoma, WA.
I called and message says they are closed.
I filled out a Xtreem Scooter report ticket.........No Reply.
Any advise on what I should do?
I think the controller is bad (I turn key on and Motor runs without using throtle).
Also, the lock on the seat goes round an round and can't open the seat.

Has anyone found more durable tires, tubes, for an xb-610.
The tires are CST 12x2.5.
I'm also wondering if a higher profile tire would make the speedometer read more accurately.

Is there a way to tell if your controller is going bad?
How to test a controller.
Thanks for all the info posted in this forum.

I've got little under 550 miles on my bike, and battery capacity has decreased below 75%, quickly dropping to 50% when charging it with the stock a5AMP charger.
I bought a 3AMP charger, which takes longer to charge, but the battery holds charge better with that charger.
I think I have driven it a while, but am well under 10% of 700 recharge cycles, and it's already lost so much charge.
I'll be looking into the option to send it back to the company, and get the battery measured.
