This is the second prototype I have built with the same parts. Unfortunatley, the more I learn the more I see what I've done wrong. The relatively small motor I have had trouble turning that wide tire. So I am starting a more carefully researched motorcycle with the same parts. My new plan is going to stay as light weight as it can be.

This is my daily ride. I love the convenience of auto assist. I also like being able to invoke regen mode to get a workout on my way home from work if I want it.

This bike is comfortable and a joy just to cruise around on.
It is also killer winter bike. The low center of gravity, front wheel drive, and proximity of feet to the ground all make light work of snowy or slick roads.
