Constructing a solar powered soap box cart

I am working on building a low cost solar powered wooden cart to carry only one person. I am having challenges in selecting the appropriate energy saving and efficient components. Please i need your advice in making choice of wheels, dc motor and solar panels. How do I select the appropriate rating of dc motor to drive a total weight of 200kg and which rating of solar panel will be most appropriate? Do you consider super-capacitors a better option than batteries for my project?
