Evercell 30 A/H Nickel-Zinc test results

Just finished a discharge run on 2 24 volt evercel Nickel-Zinc pack , they are rated at 30 A/H
Equipment used : A/H and W/H and time = Yokogawa WT200 Wattmeter
electronic load 5 Amps = Kikusui PLZ303W
Hybrid recorder = Yokogawa HR2300 30 channels
Cut-off = 38 volt

Result are : 31.95 A/H ; 1,457 W/H ; 384 minutes

Very interested to know how those figures compare with the Guineng Silicone Battery , the VRLA or even the 8 of the EB20-12 pack .
The very low impedance of the Nickel-Zinc (less 2 milliohm /cell ) allow for very quick recharge in about 2 hours , the charger has to be a
CC-CV with BMS highly recommended .

Re: Evercell 30 A/H Nickel-Zinc test results

were can I get these cells?
I cant find them any where!
Would a 12ah Nickel-Zinc cell be the same size and weight as a 12ah lead acid gel cell?(if so, do they make them?)
How heavy is your 30Ah battery?
I read that these cells self discharge them selfs, so would storage be a problem?

How much would a charger for these cost?(a nice one but not over kill, ya know?)

The stock reports on the companies that make the chemicals and metals, say very good things about these batteries. You can give Nickel-Zinc cells more punishment then lead acid cells can take. If I can get these for my Pocket bikes, the high discharge rate would be a bit handy.

I just Re-laced my first spoked wheel! and it was trued by spinning it in my hand

Yes more information about this pack, such as SIZE, WEIGHT, and COST. I would think that they would be comparable in WATT/HOURS with the STOCK E-max Battery. Please let us know. Thanks and God Bless :)
