1 stock 48v and 1 12v digital charger for additional 12v SLA 8Amp battery
Controller: 
Standard with extra lg. paperclip Shunt-Mod
Conversion time and cost: 
$1000 new plus a radioshack 12v 8amp SLA for 35bucks, 12ga wire and some connectors, already had solder iron.
