X-Treme Scooters and/or "Greg Meske" (owner/VP) at Alpha Products Intl. has contacted a patent attorney who in turn *did not contact me, nor my web host*, but, behind my back, contacted the company in control of the servers for my host - in an attempt to have BaseStationZero.com completely removed for "copyright infringement". Apparently someone at X-Treme feels I may be a bigger threat than most with me letting everyone know of all the problems my customers and I have had over the past several years dealing with X-Treme / API.
A new comment from another disappointed customer of X-treme Scooters in Iowa:

Arrived in torn, water-logged box w/ poor wheel assembly directions and parts missing as well as a tools that didn't fit the parts and a dead battery that weighs 30 lbs. At our cost, we were required to ship the battery back to them before they would give us a new one. "Customer service" was a nightmare. Lies, half-responses, unknowlegeable, dim-witted, rude.....the worst company I've ever had to deal with.
Due to the amount of shipping damage, lack of customer service and replacement parts, as well as an attitude towards my customers, I can not recommend any X-Treme brand.
