Legal class action

Should we all get together and bring a class action against the "P" brothers for failure to adhere to their stated agreements and provide for a reliable, dependable, cheap, useable motorscooter (Z20a in particular) ?

I'm not a lawyer nor am I involved in any way with this case, but instead of a full lawsuit, wouldn't filing a claim in small claims court be much more expeditious? You won't need a lawyer, the fee is usually about $50-100 (and maybe another $100 to have the sheriff serve the summons), the requirements and bar for legal proof are lower, etc. etc.
