Lepton Oxygen scooter repair

Hi All,
Does any one have any experience repairing a Lepton Oxygen scooter that is displaying a error code of 11 and/or 12? Any advice would be greatly appreciate.

I don't know how to fix it, but it looks like you either have a problem with a broken wire to the hall sensors in the motor, one or more sensors going bad (these sensors are needed to help the controller run the motor) or a bad "card of control" which may refer to the security key or to a part of the controller - I don't honestly know.
