The good news it that your e-bike was built in a factory from standard parts of some sort.

The bad news, as you've found out, is that there are a LOT of "standards" around. You'll have to get pretty specific about the brand of bike you're working on and the brand of the brakes that have been integrated into it. It might get down to measuring the brake pads and looking for an equivalent.

To learn about how to r & r brakes, if you cannot find either a local shop or info on the web, you will have to launch into unbolting and unscrewing. Document your work! Take pictures and make sketches of assemblies as you take them apart. When re-assembling, DON"T "settle" for "almost fits"; it used to fit perfectly, and any "almost" means you didn't put something together right.

Finally, test ride your work on a safe surface before going out where the brakes will make a life-or-death difference.
