Chinese EV's, For $2,500? Does it really exist?
Has anyone successfully bought one and had it delivered to the US, from China?

It's definitely a case of buyer beware for a one-off import. The most likely issue is getting the thing on the road. Are you thinking of a particular model - with more details someone might be able to offer some advice.
In general I don't think you'll want to go this route for a one-off for personal use.
