new Veloteq. I want more speed "HOW ???"

I have just purchased a Veloteq commuter 48 volt 500 watt brushless motor scooter. Here in Ontario it is limited to 32 kilometers an hour. Does anyone know or can help me on how to increase the speed. The rated power is 750 watts the specs are listed below, any help would be great. The dealer said there is a way of getting about 5 kilometers an hour more but he won't tell me unless I sign a wavier, does anyone else know how to do these bikes up. Thanks again Bill

If it is anything like the old 2007 Veloteq Commander Sho, there is a pair of red and white wires that connect to some sort of limiter. You probably only get maybe 3-4kmh more but it will drain your battery faster.

Re: new Veloteq. I want more speed "HOW ???"

There is a wire that hangs down in front of the rear shock on the left side there is a conection point, disconect them but the gear reduction motors suck for the speed increase maybe 2 or 3 kmh increase, the best motors for speed r the hubs where you could get a 9 or 10 kmh. I have talked to veloteq head quaters raged about the loss in speed a range they claim that the gear reduction goes up steeper hills. Piece of shit if you ask me.
