Can someone please tell me exactly what the cutoff voltage is for the XB-700li? I have seen it hit cutoff at just under half on the standard gauge that came with the bike. But I am now running a digital voltmeter, and have seen it get as low as 44.6 under load, and 47.1 resting, but it did not hit cutoff. So at what voltage does the processor cut off all power to the bike so damage does not occur to the Lithium Batteries?

I think my controller and BMS cuts off at 41 or 42 volts.
Sorry I'm not that accurate but I'll look deeper to see if I can find the specs.

Thanks Dave!! Will it cut out instantaneously the moment you hit 41/42 under load, or is that at rest? Also I am reading 53.1 at full charge after a year and about 1200 miles, so I am wondering if that is a little low as well. Thank you!!

Well I'm ASS-U-MING it's under load and not. For my system it doesn't matter 'cause my controller shuts off at around 41 volts too. Most good controllers have this feature to prevent battery damage. I don't want to take my seat off to see but I remember that it's stated on the lable stuck on the controller along with the wire out descriptions. I know that X-tremescooters rips the lable off. This is so we can't buy it ourselves from another company. But it also screws us for the wire out descriptions aren't there any more. They're cruel aren't they!?

I ran my 700li over the weekend until it hit low voltage cutoff, and it happened at 42.7. It will take a recharge after that by simply pluggin in, but in order to get power back on, you have to disconnect the battery, wait, and then reconnect. At full charge I am only reading 53.0, which after one year of use seems a little low to me....
