As the holidays wrap up, I'm looking to purchase a charger that would work primarily with Leaf cell chemistry, but would also work with NIMH cells in the meantime. Which would you recommend? My budget is $60.

For 60$ you are probably only looking for a single cell charger, or maybe up to 10 Lithium-based or 25 cells of NiMH? Then one of the simpler iCharger models (and their siblings with other brand names) should fit your bill. Happy New Year by the way :-)
