screwed my ESD Silver charger

I did a huge mistake on my ESD Silver charger.
I uploaded the EVPS LiMn 36s-2.hex onto it.
Now when the bike is turned on. The Needle of the Tachometer goes up to 60km/h, the charging bars go to 3/4 full and the fan is running fullspeed.
The only way to stop it is to unplug the Charger from the bike. Then it displays correct values.
After the charger is connected again and the ignitation Key is turned to "ON" the fan spins up the needle goes to 60 and the charging Bar shows 3/4 full

If I connect the Bike to the Power-Plug it does not start charging.

The Diag Software seems to have access to all components at least it can read out the Firmware Versions.
The Cells are well Balanced all between 3.17 and 3.3V
Currently it shows 115V on the Battery which seems to be correct because I did not charge it after the last ride.

I opened a Ticket today with service.vectrixparts.com. But I wonder if there is a way to rollback the incorrect Firmware to a correct one. I hope the charger is not completely gone.

thanks for any ideas.

I did the same thing...I fixed it by uploading the correct file as the Scooter is starting - not waiting for the full reboot. Try it and see how you go.

Hi Jonathanm,
Many thanks for your reply.
I will try to fix it this evening. I have my fingers crosed.

Re: screwed my ESD Silver charger

Hi Jonathanm,

I could reload the charger Firmware as you already mentioned by starting the bike and while it was booting up the Firmware could be installed
Unfortunately, it seems I have now other issues with my bike as well, which seems not to be related to the charger.

Thanks for your help.
I will update my other thread with the newest outcome.
