BL-36, enhancements to standard system

With the wheel off the ground,
and using the 64 volts,
the the speedo read 41Mph

Actual level ground speed was 30mph though.

A bit concerned about blowing the controller,
since the caps are 63 volts, so I prob wont be
running this as a regular thing.

It was fun though, and felt like a rocket sled....
