I ran into this at failblog.org -- an example of what can happen to those unfamiliar with EV's, I guess. It appears to be a Greek newscast where reporters are doing a spot on electric scooters (some NEVs can be seen in the background) but are not clear on the concept of keeping the throttle still while mounting ..
