i have a scooter made in china and on the throttle it has a red switch press it once and you have low power press it again and you have full power does anyone have that switch and what is it for going up hills or on a flat surface...thanks al

Does your scooter have pedals ?, can't really tell from pic, If so it's more than likely a Off Road / Boost button
This increases the top speed from 15.5 mph to 25/30 mph (Legal speed limit in UK for electrically assisted pedal cycles is 15.5 mph)
But in the UK if you have this button, the bike is no longer classed as a EAPC, but try telling that to the sellers on ebay that.
