I started a third generation electric trike design on zwheelz.com. It's based on an idea to use CNC cut composite panels that interlock and are self-jigging for the frame, and 3D printed body panels will be designed after the frame is complete. This simple fabrication method could be used for other vehicles from bicycles and scooters to cars and trucks. I will post all progress and files as I go. I'm looking for others to join in - this project needs funding, mechanical and electrical design and a lot of CAD work. Find zwheelz on facebook for daily discussion.
