I also have a second blue one also in excellent condition but only running in low speed mode since it has a few (4 or 5) weak cells and cuts off at high speeds (under load).
This bike has BMS balancing boards on the entire pack!
I also have a complete NEW 60volt pack of Prismatic Cells with BMS balancers on it. Its never been used (NEW IN THE SHIPPING BOX). I've been charging the cells and maintaining them. You can easily put this pack in the blue bike.

Have chargers for both bikes.
Also I have a smaller 12v version of the 60v gold box charger that came with these bikes so you can charge groups of 12v cells!
