Charging LiPoly batteries with SLA charger

I have a 24v 3A SLA charger. It charges the batteries to 29.4v (2.45v*12 cells).
Can I use this charger to charge a 7s LiPoly pack (29.4/7 = 4.2v) by connecting a cell ballancer like the Astro Flight Blinky to the ballancing connector?
The blinky can handle up to 6s Lipo packs. Are there any 7s and higher external ballancers available?
Can the ballancer be connected to the pack always? or just during charging?

everything I have ever read has said under no circumstances should you charge LIPO batteries with any charger except one made specifically for those batteries. Apparently, it doesn't take much of a cell imbalance to make those packs go crazy.

First of all I wrote that I will be using a cell ballancer while charging, so the cell will stay ballanced.
Secondly, if you do not discharge them fully (i.e downto 3.1v per cell), then they will get unballanced in the first place.
Thirdly, todays LiPos are much more stable than the old LiPos, and do not tend to go "crazy" very easily.

I am just telling you what the people who sold me my current generation LIPO packs told me. Does your battery pack have some sort of a charging BMS? I know you can purchase them as an add on unit. I am not sure if the lipo charging BMS is exactly what the battery balancer you have is or not. These guys sell them. I personally wouldn't want to risk a fire.
