crystalyte battery fault

does any one know how to dismantle the battery box on a 48v crystalyte

IRREGULAR POWER DELIVERY !
can anyone help,i'm experiencing a problem with the power delivery,if i give it full throttle it starts then cuts out for a second all the way to top speed,i have a crystalye 5304 motor with a 48v 13 amp nimh battery,if i accelerate slowly it,s not as frequent,thanks mezz
