bike should take at least 750N load
what i want to know is for 10KM/hr speed what should be the
1 motor output
2 battery output
3 what value of kinetic friction the bike will face

Motor output 250W-400W
2 Batteries = 24V current = power/voltage so the range is 10-17 Amperes.
Since 10km/hr is 6MPH 250W would be enough. My EVG ebike goes up to 16km/hr at 400W.
You should be able to figure out 3 from 1. Sorry I am an EE and can't help with that.
