I first saw the Silent Scoot plans for sale then the Cheetah
plans has anybody had any success building these things?
I am working on my own design using a Sparrow kit but it looks to be a slow road for me on a $9.00 an hour budget!
Anybody have any hinter please post them! Thank You in advance.
