I recently bought an E Runner 220 electric scooter that won't go. the previous owner parked it out in the rain, so the controller filled with water. Now I'd like to test the hub motor before buying parts. Is there someone out there who knows the proper way to jumper current to the hub so I can know if it will motor? It is a 60 volt system with a 2000 watt hub motor stamped " www.erato.cn". There are three large cables that go into the motor. 1-yellow, 1-green, and 1-blue.

Three big wires is usually a brushless motor, so it needs a controller to test it. Two wires is brushed, and can be tested with a 12v battery. It will need a controller that runs brushless motors without hall sensors.
