Anyone know about Prima electric bikes?

JV Bike have a couple models on sale for about $700 and it's pretty tempting for a quick fix now that I don't have a functioning ride. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find much in the way of information. http://www.jvbike.com/specials.htm
