The TTXGP blog has this announcement:

It appears most of the TTXGP teams are engaging in high secrecy and this blog indicates Barefoot is also doing so. They've revealed a picture (below) and looking around their website I don't find any discussion of their entry.
It's hard to tell anything from the picture as the fairing does a good job of covering over the details. There's a bit of white peaking out which may be the batteries...?
