Need help with lashout 400 watt scooter..

Was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction, I am very familier with older currie brushless scoots, and am wonder what exactly this 400 watt motor is that came with my lashout that I bought. Doesn't look familier. I wanted to see if there were anymore upgrades available since powerpack isn't available anymore, and was mainly wondering if the hi-kollmorgen was any more torquier than the lashout motor. Been too many years since my phat flyer se for me to remember. Was lookin to get maybe 20-25 with reasonable torque out of this, has decent torque but not real fast. Not looking to spend a ton, wanted to see what you fellas thought=)
