We are specialized in manufacturing HF/PFC battery charger for electric vehicles,we have good cooperation with many battery manufacturers such as Sky Energy,Thunder Sky,Headway,Trojan,US battery etc,.

We have two totally different programs:one is battery protector option (without CAN module option),other is CAN module option to communicate with BMS in charging process.You can choose one for control.

If you use BMS with CAN module option, the charging process is controlled by BMS (rather than curve selected). There is a CAN bus interface on charger for connecting with the charger and BMS. The CAN communication protocol attached is used as a instruction of connecting our charger with BMS.

If you do not use BMS to control the charging process for LiFePO4 battery, battery protector board is another option.we can set the charging profile according to customer's require before delivery with storing 10 kinds of settings for a certain type battery by the combinations with battery AH sizes or voltages.You can refer to the user manual to konw the method of selecting.

I have a couple of those Yellow Elcon chargers. I would like to know where one gets those chargers fixed? The efficiency of switched mode chargers are nice but unless reliability is increased it sure isn't worth the cost of them. Mine is 48 volt version and I switched to Iota DLS-54.4-15 and have 3 year continuous use and no failure mode. My Elcon died in one year. BTW my battery life on small 38 AH pack has increased by using a higher current charger. That means C/3 charge rate.

8.Short-circuit Protection:When the charger encounters unexpected short circuit across the output,charging will automatically stop.When fault removes.the charger will re-start in 10 seconds.
9.Reverse Connection Protection:When the battery is polarity reversed,the charging will disconnect the internal circuit and the battery,the charging will stop and avoid been damaged.
10.Input Low-voltage Protection:When the inoput AC Voltage is lower than 85V,the charger will shutdown protectively and automatically resume working after the voltage is normal again.
