VX-1 Battery Charger question

I have a 2007 Vectrix VX-1 scooter with a faulty charger. I have already swapped batteries with a different unit to bring the front pack back up to proper volts. I need to know if anyone on here knows how to repair my current charger or know of anyone with one off a crashed vectrix or parting one out. I have tried for 6 months to get into contact with Vectrix USA, and I have even called Vectrix UK. I have had better luck with the latter. Any info would help me out. Thanks.
