Hey guys, My project scooter is a schwinn s-350, stock controller, stock diagnostic throttle from currie, and stock 24 volt motor, Got 3, 12v 12Ah batteries and I'm trying to run the thing at 36 volts but when I turn it on the lights on the throttle just blink and won't go anywyere, is there any way I can just bypass what seems to be that safety voltage level without buying a new throttle? thanks

hello! I have recently started a nonprofit organization called the Yellow Line Institute. Check us out at http://www.YellowLineCars.org.
One of our first orders of business is to create a PETITION asking Congress and the President to ammend the bailout provision to include Electric Vehicle CONVERSIONS. We agree with everyone on this list who has expressed concern that the provision only applies to new vehicles.
I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts on this as I write up the petition. You can contact me through Yellow Line's website or by email.
Drop me a line or sign up for our newsletter if you want to receive an email when the petition is ready to be signed.
Thanks,
~ liz

i got caught out the other week.!! and few bars left just dropped off . well i wasn't happy but i was approx. 2 small inclines in-way of hills but my home was nearly 2 miles from home and i wasn't about to push the vectrix for a second time but i wasn't just caught out but i thought i wouldn't need my extension lead so left it at home.how silly always no mater how heavy you think carry an extension lead at all times . WELL i was out of charge and didn't no what to do well arrived yeah you've guessed it a esso petrol station .

does any body now how much it would cost to change to lifepo4 batteries to get lot better range ?? that would fit in the currant space that the old .( nickel metal hybrid ) are in and included in that is a bms system and could it run on the old electronics and use the old charger or would it have to be all new think there is a market for this conversation and if we are looking at the same size replacement what we actually gain in space and weight and range could we be looking at range of approx.
