So i have added to my fleet of scooters. i bought a schwinn s600 on craigslist for $75 that has batteries less than 6 months old. The problem is that the scooter on a full charge goes about 100 feet then cuts out. You have to shut the power off and turn it back on but once again only go about 100 feet. on the work bench i was able to run the back wheel for a long time but as soon as its being rode its goes back to the way it was. I looked for wiring shorts and the wiring looked good. the controller isnt getting hot either. I had read that the s600 has some sort of diagnostics? Idk.

Testing use of MarsEdit to post to my blog on V
MarsEdit automatically detects settings. I simply told it the URL for V, http://visforvoltage.org/, and it autodetected that this is a Drupal site. The only change to make is in the Settings dialog to change "Blog Id" from "1" to "blog". Then you can log in using MarsEdit and your V user ID and password.
This should work with other blog editors. On Windoze a popular one is named w.bloggar IIRC.

Hi all,
I am sure this has been tried many times but I think I have a new twist.
I can get LiFePO4 for less than $1.00 an Ah, I will offer 90 day replacement and a 2 year warranty.
- 3.6v 100Ah
Tell me what you think. Good bad or otherwise. I need to know how many people are serious about purchasing now and if you want 100Ah or 200Ah cells.
The companies I spoke with all began their quotes at about $1.60 an Ah but with bulk orders I can get $1.00/Ah and probably lower. If lower I will pass on the savings. This is no BMS and no charger.

Hi folks !
I am sorry I did not post anything new since a long time. My batteries died and winter arrived, so I was not in a mood to write anything new. But now spring is at our door ! There is still a lot of snow outside, but in a month or two I should be able to ride my Ebike Again !
Here is a picture of my backyard:

X-Treme Scooters and/or "Greg Meske" (owner/VP) at Alpha Products Intl. has contacted a patent attorney who in turn *did not contact me, nor my web host*, but, behind my back, contacted the company in control of the servers for my host - in an attempt to have BaseStationZero.com completely removed for "copyright infringement". Apparently someone at X-Treme feels I may be a bigger threat than most with me letting everyone know of all the problems my customers and I have had over the past several years dealing with X-Treme / API.
