So we get this global warming thing going and the ice starts melting and these little buggers thaw out and go back to "business as usual". Soon after we find mysterious illnesses around the globe that are killing major players in the planet's food chain. Plants die off, animals die off... humans are next. I wonder if anyone will make the connection before mass extinctions take place - that some of these bacteria and virii were not good for other living things 32'000 years ago and are not good now.
