Calling all Vectrix gurus!
Can anyone tell me what the two displays are during charging? In the left lcd display where the trip-meter usually is, a display is starting at about 130 and counts up to about 150.
In the centre speedo display where the odometer usually is, the display starts at CP150, climbs to CP152 after about 3 hours and then switches to CC153. The display then goes to EC153 for about an hour. I do know that the speedo indiactes charging current(devided by 10) during the charging cycle.
My Vectrix is new with less than 250KM on it. So I wonder if the last hour is part of the conditioning/cell equalization regeme.
Any ideas?

But can one charge the battery straight after use or must one wait to cool etc and if so how long?
For use I mean say 20 kms journey at medium speed....

Hermes, you can charge straight after use anytime.
After first conditioning you can recharge at any level of charge of the battery for ow long you want, no need for it to be full empty (it is advised, however, to make a full discharge every now and then: I try at least once a month). Neither is necessary for the battery to complete the recharging cycle to start. I mean, you can take a half empty scooter, plug it to the grid for some time and then go again and plug it somewhere else... Already made myself, no problems so far.
I am fully aware that the technology in a Vectrix versus that in an E-MAX is completely different, however, I will share this one piece of information:
When I return after a full throttle ride and plug the bike back in to charge, I frequently overheat the batts or the charger's famous inrush suppressor will blow.
Have adjusted my habits and did not have a single incident of gassing or things blowing up anymore.
I would let the bike cool off for about an hour, ....but that's just me.
Groove, I think the Vectrix has a much more sophisticated BMS that will limit the charge if the batteries get too hot, and protect from thermal runaway. High temperature will still lower the battery life though.
Additionally, I think the batteries have a fan that cools them.
